mergepdf.dev provides a free, browser-based tool for merging PDF files. The Service processes files entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to our servers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mergepdf.dev from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you process using the Service
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services including:
- CDN providers (cdnjs.cloudflare.com, unpkg.com) for the pdf-lib library
- Google Fonts for typography
- Google Analytics for usage statistics
These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
