How we handle your messages
When you send a message through this form, it goes directly to our team via Formspree — a form handling service. We receive your name, email, subject, and message. We don't store your message on our own servers, and we don't share it with anyone. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
Your PDF files are never involved in any support interaction unless you explicitly paste content from them into your message. Since files are processed locally on your device, we have no access to them and can't request them even if we wanted to.
What to include in a bug report
Good bug reports help us fix things faster. The most useful information:
- Browser and version: Chrome 124, Safari 17, Firefox 125, Edge 124, etc. Find this in your browser's About menu.
- Operating system: Windows 11, macOS Sonoma, iOS 17, Android 14, etc.
- What you were doing: "I selected 3 PDFs, clicked Merge, and the progress bar got to 60% then stopped."
- Any error messages: Copy the exact text if you see one. If there's a red banner, include what it says.
- File details (optional): Approximate file sizes and page counts help reproduce the issue. Don't send the actual files — we can't receive them anyway.
Feature requests we're tracking
The most requested features from users so far:
- Page-level thumbnail previews before merging
- Individual page rotation (90°, 180°, 270°)
- PDF splitting (break one PDF into separate files)
- Custom output filename
- Dark mode
- Drag-to-reorder individual pages, not just files
If one of these is what you're looking for, you don't need to submit a new request — we already know about it. But if you have a different idea, we genuinely want to hear it. The best features on this site came from user suggestions.
Privacy questions
The most common privacy question we get: "Are you sure my files aren't being uploaded?" Yes, we're sure — and you can verify it yourself. Open Developer Tools (F12 on Windows, Cmd+Option+I on Mac), go to the Network tab, and merge some PDFs. You'll see zero file upload requests.
